Remember in school when the teacher asked for volunteers to take the lead in projects? Well that was always me! Fast forward to now, that’s still me!
I love a challenge, especially if it involves learning, growing, and collaborating with other people. For a long time, I worked in the front line of a corporation where I led many teams. When it comes to understanding and experiencing what individuals struggle with, I've definitely been there, done that.
What I've learned through the years is that having clarity is a powerful place to operate from. When you know who you are, and you're truly connected to yourself, anything's possible!
But what I've also come to understand is that women struggle with really standing up for who they are. Our companies and our country continue to suffer from a lack of women in leadership roles. I'm committed to changing that!
My passion is rooted in helping women leaders grow and support each other. We need to create a circle of support, so that women can take their rightful positions in the world. I have two girls, so I know how important this long-term feminine leadership is for ourselves - and our planet.

I learned most of what I know of leadership working in the front line of healthcare. I was inspired to step into leadership when faced with the barriers of making a positive impact as a member of a patient care team in the healthcare field.
